Researchers at our laboratory and at the LFCM laboratory (DTBS CEA-Grenoble) collaborate in the development of a lab on a chip integrated and automated to perform the extraction and amplification of mRNA on the basis of twenty cells and this only on a single same chip. Such a system provides new solutions to handle small volumes of small samples in the context of complex biology protocols. Such technology has applications in the field of basic research but also in medical diagnostics.
