Our laboratory develops innovative micro and nanotechnologies to perform and optimize cell-based small interfering RNA (siRNA), miRNA mimics and inhibitors (LNA) functional screens, in physiologically relevant formats (3D cultures, single cell, primary cells, and FACS-based screens).

We cover the entire pipeline to perform robust RNAi screens:

Cell culture models

2D human cell lines or primary cells

On large micropatterns (from 100 to 400µm)

On single cell micropatterns

3D human cell lines

RNAi-based HTS-HCS screening facilities

Collaborations

- Imperial College London
- Gustave Roussy Institute
- Genome Institute of Singapore
- Centre Léon Bérard Lyon
