Researchers at the Large scale biology laboratory develop a more relevant technique than 2D systems culture, allowing the selection of more effective therapeutic molecules thanks to a better assessment of their toxicity. It is an innovative methodology coupling lensless imaging to 3D cell cultures which opens new possibilities for the study of cell-cell and cell-microenvironment interactions.
