The
MASCP Gator portal is a web page with a simple, intuitive user interface providing access to updated proteomics data found on the Internet.
It includes the AT_Chloro database, created as part of a collaboration between the Cellular & Plant Physiology laboratory at our institute and EDyP team from tour laboratory, both at our institute.
AT_Chloro was populated using almost 500 mass spectrometry analyses of highly-purified fractions of the main chloroplast intracellular compartments (envelope, stroma and thylacoids).
