EDyP-Service accepts requests for proteomics analyses from both
academic and industrial laboratories.
The EDyP-Service platform can handle your project in several different ways:
- For
one-off analyses, a
collaborative or
non-collaborative service contract will be offered at the following rates (rates indicated are for protein identification analyses; for all other requests, please contact us for a relevant quote).

- For
larger-volume requests, we will either suggest a collaboration on a project basis (academic laboratory, application for shared funding), or a formalised partnership (industrial laboratory).
The timeline for return of results is defined with the client, it depends on the number of samples to be analysed by the platform and the type of analysis requested. In general, for a
straightforward service request results are returned within
three weeks.
