VIDEOCELL: Visualization of video microscopy images

Published on 5 February 2019

Implied laboratory
Biomicrotechnology and functional genomics team (Biomics)
Interdisciplinary Research Institute of Grenoble (IRIG)
Scientific context
The Biomics team has developed a new type of microscope: it is used for miniaturized and parallelized video microscopy for 96-well microtiter plates. It can be used for the monitoring of cell cultures over time.
Description of the project
The goal of the project is to develop the VIDEOCELL softwares. They allow to:
- visualize the important quantity of images generated by the video microscope
- analyze the data extracted from the images.
Used technologies
Desktop application developed with Java (Netbeans Platform, Spring, AspectJ, JUnit), Maven.
