DataMoss: Management of a Mössbauer platform

Scientific context
Iron is one of the metals essential to the living world. It is involved in many essential life processes such as fixing or transporting oxygen. A technique used to study iron is the Mössbauer spectroscopy. It allows to access to information like iron environment or oxidation degree.
The Physicochemistry of Metals in Biology team of the CBM laboratory has recently acquired new facilities in Mössbauer spectroscopy.
Description of the project
The goal of the project is to develop a software to manage the Mössbauer platform.
This software allows to keep track of:
- samples
- orders: goal, expected results…
- acquired spectra.

Used technologies
Responsive web application developed with Java (Thymeleaf,Spring, JPA, JUnit), CSS / Javascript frameworks (Foundation for sites…), Maven, PostgreSQL
