ActinSimu: Simulation of cytoskeleton self assembly

Published on 3 October 2020

Implied laboratory
Cell & Plant Physiology laboratory (PCV)
Interdisciplinary Research Institute of Grenoble (IRIG)
Scientific context
The PCV laboratory is interested in the understanding of actin-based force production during cell motility or cell morphogenesis. This laboratory uses in silico approaches to study the dynamic of actin cytoskeleton of moving cells.
Description of the project
The different in silico models developed by the PCV laboratory being interest of the scientific community, this laboratory has decided to develop with the GIPSE, a web site allowing to run on line some of these models. The site is hosted by the GIPSI team.
Used technologies
Web application developed with ASP .NET
